Secure Facility

Although we have had no security breach at our facilities, every facility has security fencing with barbed wire topping. Side entry gates are kept locked at all times and gate exit requires a motor vehicle to exit. Each location is also equipped with multiple security cameras with 24 hour activity based recording. These added security measures provide added peace of mind for our Boat and RV Storage tenants.
Our facilities are 100% indoor Boat and RV storage and we do not rent outdoor storage spaces. If you check around you will see that it is not uncommon for Boats or RVs to be broken into in an outdoor unlockable storage environment. We have therefore elected to make our Boat and RV storage facilities exclusively indoor and enclosed.
