We offer 24′ through 50′ Long units for Boat and RV Storage. Although industry standard is 12′ wide bays with 10′ wide doorway, all our private Boat or RV storage units are minimum 14′ wide with 12′ wide doors. The size of our bays allow you to store extra items for your boat or RV that you may need on your outing, ex: ski, jackets, inflatables, camping gears etc. You also have ample room to work on your boat or RV if needed. More importantly, wider unit and doorway makes backing in less stressful after a long day at the lake or a campsite. This also reduces the possibility of accidentally hitting the sidewall or doorway.
Our private bays are ‘truly enclosed storage’ and we do not offer ‘carport style’ RV or Boat Storage. All our units are enclosed providing total protection from weather elements. As a result, an RV or boat owner does not have to wash their boat frequently and prep time to head out on a camping or boating trip is reduced. No exposure to UV rays and weather elements also results in a higher resale value.
We provide locks for all our tenants. Our tenants get to choose their own 4 digit code that is programmed at the gate and their unit lock. As situations change we even change your code upon request at no charge.
