Our rates vary depending upon the size and type of unit. Please contact us for current rates.
Availability changes on a daily basis. In order to make sure that the space that you want is available when you need it, we recommend that you make an advance reservation.
Insurance is the tenant’s sole responsibility. You may already carry your own insurance (check your homeowners or renters insurance policy to see if you are covered) or secure alternate insurance. Your stored items are not covered by our insurance. All tentants must carry insurance on items they store.
We provide combination locks for all our tenants at no charge.
You can pay for your unit online or by mail once an account has been created.
The minimum rental period is 3 month.
A valid drivers license or federal ID with picture is required to lease a unit.
Your lease will be sent to you electronically prior to move-in day. Your code will be programmed at the gate and at your unit prior to move-in day.
There are several boat ramps within a couple of miles of each of our facilities. Please check Jordan Lake State Recreation Area
Each of our facilities have a gas station within 1 mile.
Ethanol free gas is available near Lowes in Pittsboro(3 miles away).
Most customers use Stricks LP Gas near Lowes, Pittsboro.
Jordan Lake State Park offers some of the best camping in the area.
